All returns must be pre-approved by The Cove Collection. Before shipping your return, please send us an email at admin@thecovecollection.com and let us know which item you'd like to return. We have a 14-day return policy, meaning we must receive the return request within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new, sellable condition, unworn/unused with tags attached and in its original packaging. Printed or email receipt is required for proof of purchase. 

Once your return is accepted, please ship the item back to us at 59-712 B Kamehameha Hwy, Haleiwa, Hi, 96712. If you'd prefer a printable shipping label, we're happy to send you an invoice for payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within three (3) days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as face masks, perishable goods (ex: food, flowers, or plants), custom products (ex: special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (ex: beauty products). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns regarding your return.

Please note gift cards and sale items will be final sale.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
