Harvested in the summer of 2024, our Wahiawā Honey is light-colored with notes of brown sugar and vanilla. Our bees in this apiary are attracted to the fragrant & fluffy flowers of the Albizia tree. They’ve created a delicate flavor that’s slow to crystallize and easy to drizzle on all your favorite snacks.
